MLS-Tianjin TEDA is the third largest Maple Leaf World School operating in China. The MLS-Tianjin District hosts a Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School campus with all the necessary boarding facilities and amenities for students and staff. The school was opened in 2007 and has undergone major upgrades to teaching facilities, including a new international library, teaching building, science and food labs, drama studio, green room, and several auditoriums in 2019. Students who join our school are primarily Chinese Nationals who are English-language learners. We offer several programs to support the needs of students based on their English ability and aim to enroll over 90% of our ESL program students into the full World School program after 1-year of English development. Students in our World School Program receive a rigorous academic program, that is inline with curriculum from the US, the UK, and Canada, to prepare students for success as they transition into top post-secondary institutions around the world. We host a diverse teaching staff, coming from more than 10 countries and pride ourselves in our inclusion practices and excellent school culture.
