School History

Dalian Maple Leaf Foreign National School first opened in 2001 in the Development Zone (Kaifaqu) area. It operated as a one or two classroom school offering an English elementary program. In September 2005, the School opened with approximately 50 students in several classrooms provided in Maple Leaf’s Main Office Building. As numbers of students rapidly increased, a new school facility was acquired, in November 2005, near the Tiger Beach area of Dalian. The School moved again in August of 2010 to it's current, more central location.

Today more than 180 students from 24 different countries attend the Dalian Maple Leaf Foreign National School and enjoy its positive and child-supportive climate, and benefit from its BC educational programs and appreciate its BC certified teachers.
