School History
On August 31, 2009 Maple Leaf Educational Systems opened the Chongqing Maple Leaf International School on its present beautiful
location. By September of 2010 the entire campus facility is anticipated to be operational as the gymnasium is the last facility to be completed.
A Public Opening Ceremony was held in our new school facility on July 8, 2009. Students, staff, and dignitaries came and welcomed Maple Leaf Educational Systems to Chongqing.
Chongqing Maple Leaf International School was certified as a British Columbia Offshore in the 2009 school year.
The school operates as a fully functioning facility offering an English High School program and an ESL preparation program. The program is delivered by British Columbia certified teachers. Students will earn a British Columbia high school (Dogwood) diploma that gives them access to universities in Canada, the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Europe and Asia.
